EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST OF MASTERS, only the FEES ARE HEAVY.
What else can give you staying power in an economy with eroded economic power, both as a buyer of other team players and as a seller of your players to others?

MANAGEMENT OF TEAM
We are talking about STRATEGIES for Team growth: Strategy is a manager basic approach to achieving its overall objectives.

MASTERING / UNDERSTANDING THE OPERATING ONLINE MANAGER LEAGUE ENVIRONMENT.
You must spend time to study every football environment – Teams – Players – Players Attributes - Competitions etc. Then you should analyze the operating environment to find out your Team STRENGTHS, and your team WEAKNESS and of course, the OPPORTUNITIES and THREATS to win a department. Surely there are certain opportunities, try to utilize them. There are certain threats, try to know what they are.
You may not be able to do anything about most of them, for such are global; affecting the whole manager league environment, for instance, Depreciating of players attributes every new seasons, Team run as bot teams if fund below $5.000.000, Promoted or Relegated to new division/department playing against stronger and weaker teams, Team closure if found cheating, Reduction of team money from tax on profit sales on players etc.

Your team growth may be rapid if you have an instrument for scanning manager league environment all the time. So always remember this acronym:
SWOT Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats.

WORKING WITH OTHERS (you will never be a leader unless you first learn to follow and be led).
The world was not created for LONE – RANGERS. It is a world for RELATIONSHIPS. You depend on me. I depend on you.
You as a team manager cannot work alone, no matter how you try, therefore, learn how to work with others. Study those you deal with (other teams and team managers also support). Don’t recruit staff in a hurry. Involve experts. Also train your staff (players) effectively and efficiently. Motivate them to perform excellently and stay with you.

MANAGEMENT OF TEAM RESOURCES:
I must emphasize the fact that manager league team management as a whole is all about effective and efficient utilization of resources – Players – Staff – Finance(money) – Credit – Material(stadium, upgrades) – Time – and Information. They are important, all are inter - related.




DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SUCCED WITHOUT A TEAM; YOU CANNOT
Every team (Players and Players Attributes) you receive when you register you team in Manager League that is not your team. They are manager league starting up team.
An effective and efficient usage of team resources builds up a stronger and experience team which you can call your Team in manager league.

MAKING SUCCESS A HABIT (DEAR TO SUCCEED IN WHAT EVER THING YOU DO)
WINNERS ARE NEVER SUPPRISED TO WIN.
LOSERS ARE NEVER SUPPRISED TO LOSE!

You must learn how to build your team SELF – CONFIDENCE.
Anyone can do anything he set his mind to do.

Goal setting isn’t mysterious or magic. It is simply putting a picture of what you want, why you want it, the reasons why you don’t have it, and a plan of action for achieving it.

You should source for not just a player but a good player to plant.
Do not always look for experience aged players. Be creative about all you do, particularly in Building your Younger Players Attributes.
