Old and New Predictions (15/06/2008 17:15)

I was going to do this later, but I keep forgetting that 9:00 AM ML time is 9:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (Here's a hint for ya Woj ) and I want this out more then an few hours before first kick-off. In honor of the United States Open, and the fact that my score is probably in the 70's, there will be an extra scoring for my prediction system. Since Torrey Pines is a par 71 golf course, I will have an added score of how much over or under "par" my score from last season is. As with last year and golf, the lower score I get the better. One point is earned for every spot my predictions were off, meaning that top and bottom spots being wrong can hurt me more then my middle of the pack predictions. The number in parenthesis is their rank in the table at the end of season 36, and the other number is the point total

Too bad I can't play golf that well, as neither can any man on this planet. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well I did compared to a season ago where I did reach the 70's. I wrote the above part before I checked my score so that is why my prediction on my predictions was so off the mark. Hopefully that does not carry over to this season's predictions

I'm not taking too many risks with this table. Yes, riiserrs is possible top 3 with some of their talent, I just see that midfield being its downfall unless they play something like 4-3-3. Besides that one my predictions are pretty reasonable. Of course even the best laid predictions can go haywire once the games are played. Hopefully I'll be right on my team's prediction and maybe even take the crown. Until next time good luck with your games.
